HOTEL

We were able to get a limited number of rooms at the hotel 3 blocks from our venue. GREAT rates and convenience, but they didn't RESERVE the rooms so it's first-come, first-serve, including regular customers. Three of the 10 rooms that were available are already gone. We will make arrangements with another hotel next week, after we announce our schedule, but if you know you're coming over the weekend we suggest you BOOK NOW. 

When booking, be sure to set the correct dates on the calendar, which defaults to a different date. Sorry for the rush, we don't normally do things this way, but we figure it's better that some people get this deal than no one. If you asked to be scheduled for the weekend so you can attend, we will schedule you then.
